Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been taken back in service. He further states that the order of reinstatement of the petitioner is dated 20.12.2011 whereby the financial benefits have been denied which the petitioner is entitled to, stands challenged in CWP No.9621 of 2012. He, therefore, prays that the present writ petition may be disposed of as infructuous with liberty to challenge the order of reinstatement to the limited extent as stated above and already challenged in CWP No.9621 of 2012.
The present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty aforestated.
