Prayer in this application is for permission to place on record affidavit of Dr. K.K. Talwar, Chairman, Board of Governors, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Sector 26, Chandigarh, which has been filed in pursuance to order dated 24.4.2012 passed by this Court.
Prayer made in the application is allowed. Affidavit along with Annexure A.1 is taken on record.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the decision taken by the Board of Governors, all claims made by the petitioner have been granted to her and order dated 13.9.2011 passed by this Court

also stands complied with, therefore, the present petition may be disposed of as infructuous.
Mr. Deepak Sibal, Advocate appearing for Board of Governors and Institute states on behalf of Board of Governors that delay in implementation of order dated 13.9.2011 passed by this Court is regretted and it was neither intentional nor deliberate and Chairman of the Board of Governors has tendered an unconditional and unqualified apology through affidavit dated 9.5.2012. He further contends that Rule issued to the Chairman, Board of Governors – respondent No.2 may be discharged.
In the light of affidavit dated 9.5.2012, which has been filed in the Court and further keeping in view the statement made by counsel for the petitioner and compliance of order dated 13.9.2011 passed by this Court, Rule issued to Chairman, Board of Governors is hereby discharged.
The present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
