Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at this stage ,would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for deputing him to the next Lower School Course which is to commence within some specified time in the light of the judgment passed in C.W.P. No.2914 of 2010 titled E.H.C. Virender Singh V. State of Haryana and others decided on 11.8.2010 (Annexure P/3).
To this the Counsel for the respondents has no objection.
In the light of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector General of Police,

Ambala Range, Amabla Cantt to consider the claim of the petitioner for deputing him to the next Lower School Course in the light of the judgment of his Court passed in E.H.C. Virender Singh's case (supra) within a period of two months form the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case the petitioner is found eligible for deputing him to the Course, needful be done in accordance with law.
