In compliance of the order passed by this Court on 10.5.2012, Mr. Rathee has produced the result of the petitioner. It has been stated by him that the candidature of the petitioner was accepted and she was duly interviewed for post of JBT Teacher. The last candidate, whose name has been recommended for the post of JBT Teacher, BCB category, has got 50 marks. Since the petitioner did not obtain 50 marks or above, the name of the petitioner has not been recommended.
I have gone through the result of the petitioner. The contention, as made by counsel for the respondents is correct. Result of the petitioner is returned to Mr. Rathee in Court.
The present writ petition, in the light of the result of the petitioner, does not call for any further orders and therefore, the same is closed.
