The petitioner has impugned the notice Annexure P-2 and the provisional assessment order dated 10.5.2012 (Annexure P-3) issued against him under Section 126 of the Electricity Act. There is a remedy of filing objections which the petitioner has not availed of. Accordingly, the petition at this stage is misconceived and the petitioner is relegated to the remedy available to him under the law.
Petition stands disposed of.
