Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has instructions to say that Annexure P-5 be deemed to have been withdrawn and that opportunity be granted to the respondents to raise the bill in accordance with law by giving all the details to the petitioner and the heads under which the liability of the petitioner is to be assessed. This satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner.
