Rejoinder to the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed in Court today and the same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Salwinder Singh submits that cancellation report has been presented before the Court and notice has also been issued to the complainant.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-State, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved by any action of the respondents, he is at liberty to avail his alternative remedy available under the law.
