Learned counsel for the respondent-State on the basis of reply submits that Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Karnail Chand was never arrested by the police of PS Civil Lines, Amritsar and he is not wanted in any case and this fact has wrongly been mentioned in the telegram, which was treated as petition. Learned counsel further states that Vijay Kumar is brother of Hardeep Kaur, who was arrested in FIR No. 77 dated 21.2.2012 registered under Section 302 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines and this telegram has been sent by mentioning wrong facts.
In view of the stand taken in reply, there is no merit in the petition and the same being devoid of any merit is hereby dismissed.
