After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in case the directions are issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months, he is ready to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas raised in this petition before the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
However, the trial Court is directed to make all efforts to
expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of one year.
