Learned counsel for the respondent-State on the basis of reply submits that FIR No. 43 dated 2.3.2012 under Sections 363, 366 IPC has been registered against Sandeep Kumar @ Raju and even challan is likely to be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate.
Since the needful has been done, the present petition has become infrcutuous and is dismissed as such.
