Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar of Police Station, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, submits that in compliance of the order dated 31.8.2012, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for any other purpose.
In view of the above, order dated 31.8.2012, whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, is made absolute. He shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
