By filing the present petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought regular bail in case FIR No.29, dated 25.4.2012, registered under Sections 307, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kotwali, District Kapurthala.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has also received five injuries. He is 77 years of age and has undergone bye pass surgery. He has raised Lalkara only.
