An application filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail before Judge, Special Court, Mansa was dismissed only on the ground that the chemical analysis report was not received. It was also mentioned in the said order that the petitioner is at liberty to press the application as and when report of chemical analysis will be received. Now, the report of chemical analysis has been received and the petitioner inspite of approaching the lower Court, has filed the present petition.
