Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 3 -UT Chandigarh submits that the statements of the petitioners have been recorded and they have stated in their statements that they are not in need of any security as the private respondents have no objection with regard to their marriage.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for UT Chandigarh, no further direction is required to be issued and the petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
However, In case, the petitioners still feel aggrieved by any action of the respondents or any apprehension of threat is there, they are at liberty to move representation to the concerned Police authorities, which shall be looked into by them.
