The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.38 dated 09.03.2012, under Sections 452, 323, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur.
Admittedly, the investigation of the case has not been completed and the same is in progress.
To pass any order would amount to interfere in the investigation. Hence, the petition is dismissed at this stage.
