The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') seeking regular bail in case FIR No.177 dated 23.09.2011, registered under Sections 395, 397, 364, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, (for short, 'the IPC') read with Sections 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Kasola, District Rewari.
The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ram Krishan, states that all the witnesses have been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded shortly.
In view of the above statement, no ground for grant of
