By filing the present petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought regular bail in case FIR No.85 dated 25.4.2012, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Passport Act at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana.

There are specific allegation against the petitioner that she projected herself as biological mother of Lovepreet Singh, whose real name is Jaswinder Singh. In the inquiry conducted by Assistant Commissioner of Police (Special Branch), Ludhiana, the accused was found guilty. There is every likelihood that the petitioner may dissuade or threat to the witnesses
