In pursuance of order dated 22.5.2012, the petitioner appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Kapurthala on 28.5.2012 and furnished her bail bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount, which were accepted by the Court.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is allowed anticipatory bail during the pendency of the trial subject to furnishing the fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
