Notice in this petition was issued primarily on the ground that the girl alleged to have been subjected to rape had appeared before this court and made a statement that she had married the petitioner and was staying with her in-laws. In this background, the chances of the case ending in acquittal are fairly reasonable. In this view of the matter, no case for keeping the petitioner under further detention is made out.
Bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate, Mewat. Petition is allowed.
