Reply filed by learned counsel for the State is taken on record. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Satwinder Singh of Police Station, Mullanpur Garibdas contends that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali, has approved filing of the cancellation report in this case.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage and prays for withdrawal of the same with permission to take all the recourses available to him under law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
