This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.78 dated 24.4.2012 under Sections 306/34 IPC registered at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur.
This court, while issuing notice of motion on 23.5.2012 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
Head Constable Parkash Singh, who is present in the Court, states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 23.5.2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
