Paramjeet Singh, J. (Oral):
The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No.19 dated 5.3.2011, registered at Police Station Mehna, District Moga, under Sections 406, 420 IPC.
This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 2.2.2012, directed that the petitioner be released on interim bail during the pendency of this petition.
HC Jaswant Singh, PS Mehna submits that the petitioner has furnished bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial and thereafter he has been enlarged on interim bail. He further submits that the challan has been presented in the concerned court.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish regular bail bonds before the trial court upon which he will be admitted to regular bail during the pendency of trial. Disposed of.
