This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.85 dated 19.04.2012 under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Kotwali, Patiala, District Patiala.
This Court, while issuing notice of motion on May 16, 2012 directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
HC Bal Krishan, who is present in Court, states that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated May 16, 2012 passed by this Court is made absolute. Petition disposed of accordingly.
