This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.139 dated 11.4.2012 under Sections 148/149/323/341/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Ambala Cantt.
This court, while issuing notice of motion on 17.5.2012 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
Assistant Sub Inspector Surinder Singh, who is present in the Court, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 17.5.2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
