This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62 dated 8.4.2012 under Sections 20/61/85 NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City, Charkhi Dadri, District Bhiwani.
This court, while issuing notice of motion on 17.5.2012 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
Assistant Sub Inspector Chhote Lal, who is present in the Court, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 17.5.2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
