This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for handing over investigation of the FIR No.85 dated 7.3.2012 under Sections 498-A,304-B/34 IPC, Police Station Dadri Sadar to the CBI or to some other independent agency.
Learned counsel for respondents No.6 to 9 also supports the prayer of the petitioner though he did not approach this Court with the same prayer by filing a separate petition.
A reply has been filed on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4. It is stated therein that the matter is now being investigated by the State Crime Branch, Hisar. Learned counsel for respondents No.6 to 9 submits that Satish (respondent No.5) died

under mysterious circumstances while he was in police custody and FIR No.46 dated 16.3.2012 under sections 302/342/34 IPC (Annexure P-3) was registered against ASI Badri Prasad and others in this regard at police station Dadri Sadar. Learned State counsel submits that both the FIRs will be investigated by the State Crime Branch, Hisar.
In view of the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4 and also the fact that the State Crime Branch, Hisar is already seized of the matter, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
It is, however, directed that the investigating team shall make an endeavour to conclude the investigation within three months.
