This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to independent investigate the representations submitted by the petitioner in respect of false implication in a planted case in FIR No.4 dated 18.1.2011 under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Makhu District Ferozepur.
It is contended that in pursuance to the investigation in FIR No.4 dated 18.1.2011 under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Makhu District Ferozepur, the main accused has been let off whereas the petitioner has been falsely enroped. It is further submitted that the investigation is still pending and no challan has been filed.
In view of the above, no ground to interfere is made out at this
stage.
Dismissed.
