Short prayer made in the present petition is that some time frame be specified for the Director General of Police to go into the allegations levelled against respondent No.6 especially in para 5 of petition i.e. Crl. M. No.M-38807 of 2011 as directed by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2011.
It is contended that on 22.12.2011, Crl. M. No.M-38807 of 2011 was decided and the operative part of which reads as under:
“Learned counsel for the State, after going through the contents of the petition, states that the allegations levelled against respondent No.6, especially in para No.5 thereof, will be examined by the Director General of Police, Punjab.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, the present petition be disposed of.
Ordered accordingly.”
