Prays for quashing of the FIR No. 45 dated 31.03.2010 under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Cherretta, District Amritsar on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
As per office report, neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared before the trial Court to get their statement recorded in terms of order dated 29.04.2011 passed by this Court.
In view of the above, the present petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise is dismissed.
