Prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to proceed under Section 173 Cr.P.c. in FIR No.237 dated 12.12.2011 under Sections 376,323,506 IPC Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula.
It is contended FIR was registered way back on 12.12.2011 but till date no challan has been filed.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation and submit the final report as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the receipt of this order.
