This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.143 dated 14.3.2012 under Sections 498A/406/323/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Hansi City, District Hissar.
Learned State counsel, after seeking instructions from ASI Katar Singh, states that the petitioner is not cooperating in the investigation nor disclosing the particulars of her son, who is residing abroad. He further states that as per the information of the Investigating Officer, he is stated to be residing in Singapore or somewhere else.
Keeping in view the above, no ground for concession of regular bail is made out.
Dismissed.
