Learned counsel for the State submits that an inquiry was conducted and as per the statement of parents of petitioner No.2, they are having no objection to the marriage of the petitioners and they have also assured that no harm would be caused to the petitioners.
In view of the stand taken in the reply, no further direction is required to be issued and the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
