CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PARAMJEET SINGH
Present: Shri B.S. Jaswal, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Shri J.S. Bhullar, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab. Shri Vijay Singh Rao, Advocate for the complainant.
Paramjeet Singh, J. (Oral):
The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case arising out of FIR No.234 dated 27.11.2010, registered at Police Station Jandila, District Amritsar, under Sections 498-A/406/323/506 IPC.
In view of the fact that the matter has been amicably settled and the impugned FIR has been quashed in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties, in the connected petition bearing Crl. Misc. No.M15934 of 2012, the prayer in the present petition for the grant of anticipatory bail has been rendered infructuous.
Disposed of as such.
