The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No.100 4.2.2012, registered at Police Station Sadar Hisar, under Sections 323, 406, 506, 34 IPC.
This Court, on 1.5.2012, directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting/investigating officer in connection with the aforesaid case FIR.
Counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from ASI Shish Ram submits that although the petitioner has joined the investigation but recovery is yet to be effected from the petitioner.
Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has already joined the investigation twice, the order dated 1.5.2012 is made absolute.
