Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.4 are ad idem that after the order dated 17.4.2012 passed by this Court, the parties have entered into an out of Court settlement. It is has been mutually decided that the petitioners shall part their ways and petitioner No.2 will stay with her parents. Thus, learned counsel for litigating parties, submit that the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.
