This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 446 dated 31.10.2007, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 406 IPC (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Sadar, District Amritsar, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-5).
The report of the trial Court was called for. Report of the trial Court has been received in which it is mentioned that the parties have arrived at compromise.
Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent No.2 has also accepted the compromise.
This is a personal dispute which has been amicably settled between the parties.

So, in view of compromise and in view of authority reported as
Kulwinder Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the abovesaid FIR stands quashed. Further proceedings, in pursuant to that FIR also stand quashed.
