Reply-affidavit filed in Court by the respondent is taken on
record.
It is stated in the reply-affidavit that sanction has been accorded to pay interest to the petitioner @ 12% per annum on the retiral benefits as per the detail given in para No.4 of the affidavit, leaving no cause to continue with these contempt proceedings which are accordingly dropped.
The contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent that actual payment be made to the petitioner as early as possible but not later than two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
