Reply-affidavit filed in Court by the respondents alongwith a copy of the order dated 27.3.2012 regarding payment of arrears to the petitioner, is taken on record.
In this view of the matter, there is no necessity to continue with these contempt proceedings which are accordingly dropped. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case she has any additional claim regarding non-payment of salary or full amount of interest, she may represent the Authority who shall consider and dispose of her claim by passing a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receiving the representation.
