The second respondent has passed an order dated 27.3.2012, a copy whereof is placed on record, whereby the petitioner has been assigned deemed date of appointment w.e.f. 5.12.2006 and her pay has been notionally fixed from the said date. A direction has also been issued to release the monetary benefits within one month.
The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents as well as the District Education Officer (S.E.) Gurdaspur, where the petitioner is presently posted, to grant the necessary benefits in terms of the aforesaid order dated 27.3.2012 within the time stipulated in that order.
