Respondent No.1 has filed his reply-affidavit along with details of reimbursements towards medical claims (Annexure R-1) which are stated to have been actually paid to the petitioner.
The contempt petition stands disposed of with a clarificatory direction that if there is any other claim or for the grant of interest on delayed payments, the petitioner may represent the competent authority who shall consider and dispose of such claim(s) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receiving such a representation.
