(1). Respondents No.2&3 have taken a stand that the due

benefits have been released to the petitioner.

(2). The said claim, however, is disputed by the petitioner and keeping that in view, the petitioner was permitted vide order dated 26.03.2012, to submit a representation along with details of the recoverable dues.

(3). The petitioner has submitted that application to the first respondent as well as Principal of the College (Annexure A1). The details have been submitted by the petitioner in a tabulated forum.

(4). In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a clarificatory direction to respondent No.1 or the DPI

representation (Annexure A1) with the assistance of the Chief Accounts Officer of the Department and dispose of the

same by passing a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Suffice it to observe that if the petitioner is found entitled to any benefit, the Management of the College shall be required to disburse the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of communication from the Education Department, however, without prejudice to its right to seek reimbursement under the Grant-in-Aid scheme, if permissible under the law.
