The Estate Officer, HUDA at Sirsa has filed the reply today along with demarcation report (Annexure R2/1) which clearly shows that the residential property of the petitioner has been measured and four walls have been constructed.
In view of above, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
