(1). The respondent has filed reply/affidavit dated 06.03.2012 to the effect that the present petitioner has been paid the due amount of arrears vide Cheque No.592626 dated 02.03.2012 for a sum of Rs.77398/-. As regards other copetitioners, it is stated by learned State counsel, on instructions from the Departmental representative that the arrears are being calculated and the due amount shall be paid to each of the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
