Respondent No.3 has filed a reply/affidavit dated 01.03.2012 and in para 3 thereof, it is averred that the claim of the petitioner has been accepted vide speaking order dated 28.02.2012 (Annexure R3/1), leaving no cause to continue with these proceedings which are accordingly dropped and the petition is disposed of, however, with liberty that in case the petitioner is still dis-satisfied, he may submit a representation in regard thereto, before the authorities who shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law/Rules, forthwith.
