The respondent has filed his reply/affidavit dated 28.02.2012 along with a speaking order dated 26.05.2011 (Annexure R-1) rejecting the petitioner’s claim, leaving no cause to continue with these proceedings which are accordingly dropped and the petition is disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the order (Annexure R1) before an appropriate forum, if so advised
