In compliance to the order dated 13.10.2010, the respondents have passed an order dated 12.03.2012 whereby the petitioner's claim has been accepted in part.
This petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the said order before an appropriate forum to the extent it rejects her claim. However, the respondents are directed to implement and grant consequential benefits pursuant to the order dated 12.03.2012 as early as possible but not later than two months.
Rule discharged.
