Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has filed the reply affidavit to the effect that the directions issued by this Court to decide the petition / representations, have been complied with vide orders dated 14.12.2011 (Annexure R-1), (Annexure R-2), (Annexure R-3) and vide orders dated 14.02.2012 (Annexure R-4), leaving no case to continue with these proceedings for the time being, which are accordingly dropped. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners that if there is any subsequent deficiency or unredressed grievance, they may approach the respondents who shall be required to swing into action without loss of time in accordance with law as early as possible but not later than three months of its receipt.
The petition stands disposed of.
