This contempt petition is initiated alleging violation of the status-quo order dated 11.05.2011 passed by the Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala in a revision petition.

While the petitioner claims to have conveyed the said order telephonically, the respondents have stoutly refuted the same as according to them, possession was taken on 11.05.2011 itself much before the petitioner applied for a certified copy on the next day.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the disputed question of fact which need not be gone into by this Court in these summary proceedings, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the revisional authority or before any other appropriate forum for suitable modification of the interim orders in the light of the subsequent events and if such an application is moved by him, the authority concerned shall decide the said application expeditiously but not later than one month. In case the petitioner has applied under the RTI Act, 2005 for some information, the authority concerned is directed to supply the same, in accordance with law, subject to payment of prescribed charges.
