Respondent No.1 has filed the reply-affidavit along with details of payments of retiral benefits made to petitioner. It is stated in the affidavit that interest @ 6% per annum from 1.1.2009 to 31.5.2011 has also been paid.
Since substantial compliance of the order of this Court has been made, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this contempt petition with liberty to petitioner that in case there is any other left out claim to which he is entitled to, he may represent the competent authority, who shall consider and dispose of his representation within a period of three months from the date of receipt thereof.
