Respondent has filed his reply-affidavit which is taken
on record.
As per the averments made in the reply-affidavit, the decision to exempt the property of the petitioner has been taken subject to her compliance to certain conditions for which letter has been addressed to her.
Let the petitioner do the needful and avail the benefit of the exemption order passed. The petitioner shall furnish the requisite information within one month and upon doing so the respondents shall issue formal order within one month thereafter.
Contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
